Do you have the words of the song? It is wonderful and it simply brings peace in my soul and increases my deep respect for the Amerindians. Thank you!

This song is so beautiful and gives you such a peaceful feeling. My great grandmother who has past on to be with God was full blooded Cherokee Indian. I'm proud of my heritage.. :)

Robbie Robertson, of the Six Nations, wrote it. Rita Collidge and sister & niece (as Walela) sang it well! Rita's Cherokee. |
